Uniform & patches
- ATA Shield — right breast
- Represents the student's loyalty to the American Taekwondo Association and their promise to represent the ATA as a Black Belt Leader wherever they go.
- School patch — left breast
- Represents the student's affiliation with a specific school or instructor. Tigers and Junior Bridge wear their rank patch in place of a school patch.
- Black Belt Club patch — left sleeve
- Given only to students invited into the Black Belt Club Program who continually demonstrate Black Belt discipline.
- Leadership patch — right sleeve
- Worn only by students currently in the Leadership Program, opposite the Black Belt Club patch.
